Question: Does losing weight to fast make you sick!?
I'm 5'9 and obese!. I walk everyday, at least a mile or more pushing 50 pounds of baby in a double stroller!. I eat ok but not alot!. I know I'm losing weight cause my pants are getting really loose!. But the last few days I'm been feeling weird symtoms, especially when I wake up!.!.like tingly scentsations, almost burning in my tongue, legs and spine!.!.!.I feel panicky cause I never felt this way before!.!.!.!.I have looked up symtoms for low blood sugar and diabetes but not feeling all the symptoms listed!.!.!.Could it be I'm not eating enough to sustain the excercise I do!? so lacking vitamins and minerals!?!? I dont eat alot of meat!.!.no sugar or salt and mostly becoming vegetarian!. I'm also anemic (from having 2 babies in 19 months) Otherwise I feel fine during the day!.!.!.!.just want to know what I'm doing wrong and what I should be eating!.!.like calories and all!.!.Please help if you can!.!.!.I'm trying to lose weight to be healthy not get sick!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

or the advice of a physician, it is a very bad idea!.
You should really be under 'post partum' care!.
You are definitely not getting enough protein or iron!.
At the very least, take a 'one-a-day' with iron, and add some
beans & veg!. to that pasta!.
You might be losing muscle as well as fat!.
Track your weight!.
Don't lose more than 3 lb!.s or so per week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well, looking up syptoms are not enough hun! you must see a docter! A good docter would never insult or judge you for your weight, rather see you are trying to become heathier and help you!
