I exercise but I don't want to lose more chest and butt...how?!


Question: I exercise but I don't want to lose more chest and butt!.!.!.how!?
okay so i have this problem when im trying to lose weight it really gets me in da chest and butt, the thing is I dont want to lose weight there!.!.is there any way to get those back!? Like if there is some type of exercise to help me!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

unfortunately your body will lose weight where your body is designed to gain and lose weight!.!.!.you cannot control this!. Stop picking at yourself!.!.!. suggestions for the rear!.!.!.go buy an exercise ball and lay on your back put your legs up on the ball and lift your rear!.!.this targets the back of the legs and rear area!.!.building muscle back there!.!. as for the chest!.!.!.push-ups & bench presses can add muscle!.!.!.or a little known secret!.!.!.just go get a good padded bra!.
