first of all eat less!. don't starve yourself just eat less, watch your calorie intake!.

secondly do cardiovascular exercises!. swim or go jogging regularly at your own pass for as long as you want however i would suggest doing it at least 3 times a week to see noticeable difference!. its easy and anyone can do it but make sure that your sweating and tired after it so you know your burning calories!. if you don't fancy that buy your self a cheap treadmill!. http://www!.argos!.co!.uk/static/Product/pa!.!.!. i don't know how cheap you want this weight lose to be but there are two advantages of a treadmill!. 1 its with you for a while so you can keep the weight off once you've lost it and 2!. you can put it in front of the TV and watch your favourite show to make the time go quicker!.

The problem with your question is that if you look in "search for questions" it comes up 30 times every day!. I have had some criticism for repeatedly using the same answer, but since I am happy with my answer, and the questions are the same, I don't see the issue with recycling the same answer!.

you are the right weight, but im the sme people say im right but ive got a belly, Basically

eat healthy breakfast/dinner/tea!. drink lots of water and snack on fruit to keep your metabolism going!. Also go swimming or running, and the weight be coming off in no time!.
