Is this a good workout plan for a 14 year old?!


Question: Is this a good workout plan for a 14 year old!?
I do as many push -ups as I can about 30-35 at once!. Also i do the leg training that u bend down and go up about 60-70!. After that I do the hard sit ups (the ones with your hands near your head and legs on a chair and you bend upward) about 50-55!. After this i do 10 pull-ups the harder ones with your hands forward!. And last I run for about ten minutes is this a good workout plan to get in good shape for my age!? I also do this every day except for Sunday (resting day)Www@Answer-Health@Com
