Weigth loss and fruits?

Hey Ive lost 20lbs and plain on keep doin so but i was wondering is it true since im not on a diet but doin a new lifestyle of nutrietion is it true you can eat all the fruit you want? and i know that doesnt mean 10lbs of fruit of day or whatever lol


Answers:

No, technically, you can't eat all the fruit you want. Fruit, like just about everything else, has CALORIES in it. If you are eating fruit instead of 3 bags of potato chips, then yeah, you can probably eat as much as you want since the potato chips were so high in calories, and it would be hard to eat enough fruit in a day to equal the calories in 3 bags of potato chips.

Just eat less calories total than your body needs and you'll lose weight. Fruit is a much better snack than chips, however you can't go overboard with it.
