Will this make me lose 15 pounds in 2 months?!
Question: Will this make me lose 15 pounds in 2 months!?
I lose weight slowly because of my hypothyroid!. So here's my plan!. Please tell me if it will make me lose 15 pound sin 2 months:
-I'll be on a 1,300 calorie diet!. (No meat besides chicken and egg whites!. And I'll stay away from dairy products!.) And I'll drink 8 glasses of water a day!.
-4 times a week, I do 45-60 minutes of cardio!.
-2 or 3 times a week, I will do pilates for about an hour!.
I'm currently 5'4", and 135 pounds!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my friend told me that if i wanted to lose weight FAST
this is wat im suppose to do
-NEVER eat yolk cut out of diet
-drink water soon as you wake up(speeds up metabolism)
-drink milk at night, (keeps going the metabolism)
-and he told me to run for 4miles a day!.
(honestly, i ran for 2, and its still pretty good)
well yeaa, this is pretty recent :]
now imm!. 5'4 122
so i went from 135 to 122 in a week!.
most people say its unhealthy,
my mom got worried and asked for a checkup
but im all good!.
oh and this is a really good idea,
drink water to stop your cravings!.
but your ideas pretty good too, its a slow healthy way,
good //bad :]
