Need help with my Pecs...?!


Question: Need help with my Pecs!.!.!.!?
I have been working out for a while now!. and i do have pecs!
butthere is a layer of fat on my body over them so you cant see them!. how can i get rid of that!?

same with my abs there coming on quite nicely but the fat is in the way what can i do to get rid of it!?

i have the same issue with my abs, they are hiding underneath my tummy!. haha
pretty much you just need to do cardio workouts and eat healthy to lose a bit of weight and get rid of the fat, and then you will see your wonderful muscles! :)

i have a similar problem but I'm in the middle of solving it!.!.!.note:it takes time

first of all watch what you eat and take care of your calorie intake!.

i have answered a few questions with my daily workout plan :

15 lateral raises (with dumbbells/weights)
15 press-ups
15 sit-ups
30 squats(with dumbbells/weights on shoulder)
15 press-ups
15 sit-ups
30 squats(with dumbbells/weights on shoulder)
15 bicep curls (with dumbbells/weights)
15 forearm curls (with dumbbells/weights)

15 lateral raises (with dumbbells/weights)
15 press-ups
15 sit-ups
30 squats(with dumbbells/weights on shoulder)
15 press-ups
15 sit-ups
30 squats(with dumbbells/weights on shoulder)
15 bicep curls (with dumbbells/weights)
15 forearm curls (with dumbbells/weights)

15 lateral raises (with dumbbells/weights)
15 press-ups
15 sit-ups
30 squats(with dumbbells/weights on shoulder)
15 press-ups
15 sit-ups

This builds up shoulder, chest, arm, upper back, leg and core muscles and only takes about ? hour then I go for a ? hour run!. running burns calories and works on leg and core muscles!.

also swimming is very good!. it burns fat and exercises almost every muscle in your body!.

You just need to do some cardiovascular work, e!.g!. cycling, jogging, swimming(Highly recommend)!. Apparently if you can pinch an inch, you have to much access body fat, therefore your out of condition and classed as a fatty!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Do NOT go on a diet!. All you need to do is about 50 crunches and pushups every night or morning!. within 5 days to a week you'll loose that fat!.!.!.!. it also makes you abs even better and its a great skill for lifeWww@Answer-Health@Com
