Question: Loose 9 pounds fast!!?
so I'm 13, yea i know I'm kinda young to be worrying about weight!.!.!. but,, at school I'm known as "muffin top" I'm on 108 pounds but; that stoopid muffin top bothers me! is their any way too loose 9or 10 pounds fast!? like before sept, 5th!? help is appreciated! -cindy (;Www@Answer-Health@Com

I am 13 too and I worry about my weight 24/7, so your not alone!. I'm not fat and neigther are you, but it's hard to look at my skinny friends (you probable feel the same way) so hear are my tips!
1!. Cardio, Cardio, Cardio! Do lots of cardio exercise! Like jump roping, RUNNING, and anything else that gets your heart rate going!. This will burn calories fast, witch causes faster weight loss!.
2!. For a "muffin top" legs lifts are good, not the kind that only work your thighs, but the kind were you feel the side of your stomach pinching together!.
3!. Watch your calories, your would be healthy eating about 1,500 calories a day!. But don't eat to few calories because in some cases this can make you gain weight!.
4!. Eat lots of vitamin C!. I recent survey showed that people with more vitamin C in the body had smaller waist!. So, eat oranges and if you can take vitimin C tablets!. 5!. Don't let the world tell you lies!. I became Bulimic, because I allowed the world to tell me lies!. So, relize that your a very healthy weight and even if you gained a few pounds you would still be ok!.

no, there really isn't besides exercising and eating right, I gained my weight because I didn't (long story, I'm NOT anorexic, it was money troubles) and I'm 38 to 40 pounds overweight!.!.!. so don't stop eating, things get worse!.!.!.!. just exercise and eat right!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you exercise and eat right that will help!. Eating 5-6 small meals about 4 hours apart from each other works great!. Make sure you eat lots or fresh fruit and veggies!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
