Question: Need to lose weight, ideas please!?
Ok, so I need to lose about ten to twenty pounds in around a month!. I need some ideas on a diet or workout plan!. I want to do something natural, just not diet pills or something like that!. Please give me some ideas on what foods I should and shouldn't eat!. I can't go to the gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't lose 20 pounds in a month!. It seriously screws with your health and immune system!. Find a friend and some bicycles and go for rides regularly!. You'll get to see the place where you live, and the fitter you get the longer the rides you can take, and the more places you can see!.

Bicycle rides are enjoyable because you get much more breeze than running, less impact, can rest down hills but push yourself back up them!. Mini races with your partner while on the ride (sprints to some landmark) are fun and get your heart rate up!.

The best way to naturally lose weight is to eat lots of organic and healthy foods, try to avoid preservatives and things with lots of sugars in them they make your body hold toxins which are really bad for you!. Start drinking lots of water, and if you dont mind the taste, boiled water with parsley in it can really help you out!. As for the exercise even just going for a walk everyday can really help your body!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

well i eat lots of fruit and veggies and tuna only no steak juss fish! no oil , butter or anything!. if you eat bread eat whole wheat!. treaturself by eating frozen yogurt once a week to keep urself motivated!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

why can't you go to the gym!.!.!.if you can't afford it then there is something that will drop all the weight you want!.!.!.eat 1200 calories a day and walk 12 miles at 4 mph!. you will shed off what you want in about 3 weeks or less!.!.!.must do it every day!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
