wot do you think!?
i hav little , virtual no muslce mass!.
Carry alot of wobbly fat, can grab a fist full on my tummy, very wobbly thighs!.

If you don't mind listening to a near 'wrinklie', i might be able to help,because it sounds very much like my own problem!.
I'm 5'1and weigh not quite 7st!.!.i used to weigh just over 8st!.,& was just right at that,not fat,but after 18 months of illness & stress,i look about 10 years older!.My muscles have gone to nothing,& i've got stacks of wobbly bits-it's not fat,but empty sacks of skin where muscle used to be!.
Have you been ill,or anorexic/bulimic!? Even if you haven't,chances are your appetite is small,& your exercise tolerance low!.!.i know mine is!.
Ignore the tablets,they won't solve a thing!.The only way,i've found, is to very gradually eat slightly more!.!.little & often,rather than trying to force a big meal down!.!.protein to help build muscle,& carbohydrates for energy,plus a bit of what you fancy ,like chocolate,fruit,or nuts in between,for encouragement!.
At the same time,try to very gently,slowly increase the amount of activity you do!. For me,it's just climbing more stairs,or walking a bit more!.!.for you,it can be what you like!.!.walking,cycling,swimming,dancing,o!.!.!. a gym,if you like the idea!.!.anything that you can enjoy doing,that involves a bit of effort!.If it's too easy,it's no good!.
Above all,stick with it,it's a pretty slow thing,but once you feel a bit of improvement,it gives you enough of a high to carry on!.

I am going to assume you are not anorexic or bolemic!. If you are, please seek help immediately!. These are serious and life threatening conditions!.

That being said, the issue is not how much fat you seem to have but how little lean muscle you don't seem to have!. The more lean muscle the more weight you can carry!. It also increases how many calories your burn since it takes more calories to support lean muscle than it does fat!.

If you have access to a gym, go in an start light!. If all you can lift is 3 lbs, then fine!. You are only comparing yourself to you!.

If you do not have access to a gym, buy some inexpensive weights!. If you can't afford that, use soup cans!.

Start today!. Eat high quality foods animal or vegetable protein and drink lots of water (especially when you you start exercising)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Ouch, that's a bit on the light side!. I think you should start eating a high protein and moderate carb diet and start working out to get some muscle mass and put on some weight!. You need to start off doing very light weights and building up until you can do fairly heavy ones as that's the best way of building muscle!. It'll improve your bone density too which can get a bit dodgy if you're quite thin so it's definitely worth working out and seeing a personal trainer or nutritionist about the best sort of diet to take in lots of nutrients and put on muscleWww@Answer-Health@Com

At that weight and height, you sound underweight!. All you need to do to sort out the so called wobbly fat is to do some exercise to tone up!. There is no need to take any tablets if you follow a healthy eating plan!. You may be lucky and just be naturally thin!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you underweight but with a high body fat % due to lack of muscle!. Perhaps consider strength training and a high protein diet to gain some muscle!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
