I wanna loose 25 lbs kind of fast but still healthy!. Help me please!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat smaller portions, and burn off more calories than you eat!.
Try taking long power walks after eating!. Biking, swimming, light jogging, jump roping, sit ups, push ups!. Anything that gets your body moving will burn off those calories!. Get your heart rate up!.
Eat low fat dairy, whole grains, proteins, lean meats!.
* chicken strips, peanut butter
* whole grain waffles in the mornings!.
* eat turkey instead of beef (esp!. in tacos)
* whole grains keep you full
* drink plenty of water
* eat yogurt and pretzels for snacks
* fruits and veggies are a way to get in good calories
* soy milk
* avoid fast food, fatty foods- they ruin everything
* stop drinking soda- drink orange juices

Burn more calories than you eat each day!. You will lose weight!. I hate it when people say "I wanna lose weight fast"!. Unless you are working out 8 hours a day and eating next to nothing, you will lose weight only gradually!. Slow and steady, burn more than you eat each day and the weight WILL come off!. Calories in, calories out!. That's the only way!. And if u do a shortcut like throwing up, starving urself, you will lose a lot of weight at first but then gained it all back and more!. Which i don't think u want!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
