To lose thigh fat ..?!


Question: To lose thigh fat !.!.!?
to see a change in size ,
should i jog ,
or do squats !?
i think i've heard that doing squats ,
you can't notice much difference in size
because it builds muscle !?

ive been doing about 50-60 squats a day ,
but should i just jog instead !?

I do squats all day long- while in the shower washing the dishes and so on And in about 1month my butt was more shaped and I had that line one my thigh leg and my legs where more toned and looked stronger!. but I also jog - remember to stretch before any exercise keep doing different exercises like lunges are also good for toning the legs!.GOOD LUCK!! You won't notice any change that quickly, squats and jogging are very good for the thighs, try swimming as that is also good, keep it up!Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah but its really hard on ur knees and even just walking every morning and evening actually help, and dieting helps too so make sure u eat healthy and drink plenty of waterWww@Answer-Health@Com
