Question: If I were to run up 10 stairs 20 times, how many calories would i burn!?
Answers:
not alot to be honnest, to burn 100 calories you'd need to be running up and down for about 20minutes maybe more, not so fun, or safe

use the free online calories burned activity calculator, it took me a while to figure out how to use it, but once you get the hang of it you can work out how many calories you would burn while doing almost anything and its more actuate because you enter in your current weight,

that way you can plan out what exercises are actaully worth doing!

you burn more calories skipping because you jumping, and your less likely to break your neck doing that!

depends on how you run it and how fast you run it!.!.!.

i could be wrong but to my understanding running REALLY fast and doing REAL hard cardio burns alot of cardio!.!.!.

however with that method not enough oxygen goes into your body for it to burn fat!.!.!.

Not much that is only 200 steps!. Total can be 400 at the most!.

Daily requirement is total 10,000, steps!. Buy a pedometer and use it all day at the day's end 3 hours before bed time check the reading make up the rest if needed before going to bed!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
