Probably the toughest weight loss problem ever?!?!


Question: Probably the toughest weight loss problem ever!?!!?
I am a 14 year old girl!. 5'3 and 157 pounds!. I need to lose weight quickly!. Heres the problems:

?i absoulutely hate veggies and fruit!. its a texture thing, and they just gross me out!. plus they are way too expensive for my family!. and i HATE chicken!. I dont love junkfood, though!. its kinda discusting!.

?i cannot do cardio outside!. i live in an apartment complex and refuse to do exercise where everyone is watching me, and im too fat and jiggly to run around for others to see!. I will not ride a bike or swim either!.

?I am not allowed to leave my apartment complex, so that means no gym or ymca!.

? and here's the really tough one: i try to just do ANY exercise, and whenever i do, my body starts shaking and my bones painfully hurt!. I feel dizzy and like my bones are grinding and clicking!. I get out of breath so quickly even when it is very easy exercise!.

i know i can do this, i'm just not sure how!. I want to lose weight so im not just the fat girl, but im so out of shape and picky eater that i feel like its impossible, and i cant even go on walks or jog anywhere!. I cannot leave my house!. but i NEED to lose at least 40 pounds!.
if anybody out there can help me, then i would really really really appreciate it!.

I'm just going to be painfully honest with you - I don't think you can lose the weight yet because you seem completely unwilling to!. You say you want to lose a substantial amount, but immediately make up ton of excuses for why you can't!. Losing weight is about eating healthier and moving more and your mind is made up that you can't do these things!. If you really want to commit to a healthier lifestyle there is always a way!. Always check with your doctor or parents first, but here are some tips for your limited options!.

First off - drinks lots of water, in fact drink nothing but water!. Try to get at least 64oz a day!. Do not drink any sodas, fruit juices or anything with calories!. Have a diet soda if you want once in awhile - but limit this to a couple times a week!.

2!. Eat fruits and veggies!. Get over your aversion to them - these are necessary foods for everyone, not just people trying to lose weight!. There are so many fruits and veggies out there, there has to be something you like or can at least tolerate!. You should also take a multivitamin because if these foods are absent from your diet you are probably not getting the nutrients you need - especially since you're a teen and growing at a faster rate!.

3!. Eat lots of lean protein!. Since you don't like chicken, opt for fish, lean beef, egg whites, beans, tofu and non-fat cottage cheese!.

4!. Only eat moderate amounts of carbs and when you do, make sure they are whole grain!. A bowl of oatmeal (plain, not the flavored crap) is great for breakfast along with an egg white omelet!.

5!. Count your calories!. At your height and weight about 1400-1500 calories a day would probably be good for weight loss!. This is kind of a tricky area since you are a teenager and shouldn't really be restricting calories but this seems like a good amount - I would ask a health professional about it!.

6!. Avoid junk foods, NO FAST FOOD, nothing with a high amount of sugar or fat!. You can treat yourself to these at most a couple times a month!.

7!. You need to move!. You need to get AT THE VERY LEAST 30 minutes of exercise a day!. You are overweight, but it doesn't seem like you are morbidly obese or anything you should be extremely embarrassed about!. Get outside and run around or jump rope - don't avoid exercising because you are worried about what people will think!. Chances are no one will even notice or care!. If you absolutely refuse to budge on this, then your only option is working out inside your apartment!. If you have cable tv there is the FIT TV channel and the Exercise channel!. They play workouts you can do in your home!. If you have the On Demand service there are usually lots of free workout programs on there no matter who your provider is!. Another good and fun option is Dance Dance Revolution!. I've heard of kids losing 60lbs and more playing this!. I even use this as a workout sometimes if I can't get to the gym!. If none of these work just do jumping jacks, situps, pushups, squats or just put on your favorite music and dance around for a half hour or so!. You get out of breath and pained right now because you are incredibly out of shape!. The more you exercise the longer you'll be able to go!. Make sure to drink lots of water and take a break when necessary - but don't take too long of a break!. You're going to have to just push yourself a bit until you get some endurance!.

These are really your only healthy options!. If you really want to lose weight and keep it off these are the things you will need to do!. It may seem difficult to stick to in the beginning, but once you starting losing the fat you will quickly become addicted to a healthy lifestyle!. Think of all the new clothes you will be able to buy and how good you will feel!. Keep yourself motivated!. Its definitely not going to be easy, but you certainly can do it!. I'd say you have a few mental problems that are causing you to be overweight!. Get professional help!. Good luck over coming this stuff!. Also, this not being allowed to leave the house stuff has got to change too!. I also grew up being very sheltered, but at least I had a big back yard!. It's very unhealthy for your parents to keep you locked up!. It's probably the cause of your mental issues!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok im a guy but heres what i did dont kill ur self by starvin i weighed 335 now im at 285 over the summer first eat a little less and a lot slower then walk simple just try it Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't loose patience!.!.!. loose your weight!. Do some simple exercises at home, overcome your laziness and be active!. Change your attitude towards life!. Talk to your parents and plan a vacation to places - India, Thailand, Malaysia or to any of the Asian countries!. There you can afford a weight loss surgery at much lesser price without burning a hole in the pocket of your parents and above all will spend some quality time with family!.
Either start some diet plans, exercise or opt for surgery!. You will have to make a choice, I think!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
