I'm planning on walking 3 hours a day?!

Question: I'm planning on walking 3 hours a day!?
I'm 92 pounds and 5"2 and I might sound skinny but I'm one of those skinny fat people so yeah, I need to get rid of body fat and replace it with muscle so I can weigh more in a healthy way!. It'll burn 500 calories a day for me and I'm just wondering will it work for losing fat on my legs, thighs, butt, and stomach!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

You are skinny!. Whatever is going through your head is definitely disordered!. Disordered thinking is not the healthy way to lead a life!. I'd almost wonder if you have some sort of Eating Disorder!. You believe you're fat when hello, you're not even 100 pounds!?! Honestly, you're in no position to loose weight!. You're biggest difficulty is that you've got to get it out of your head that you're fat!. Being fat at 92 pounds!?! No, sorry that's not how it works!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

The only problem with walking is that it doesn't burn that many calories!. A full jog, stair master or elliptical exercise machine will burn about 650 calories per hour which is about 300 per 30 minutes!. If you have to put that much effort into one of those machines, you can surely expect that walking wont be that effective!. Expect to burn about 300 per hour for walking!. The benefit of walking alone will be in the metabolism!. However, it will take a long time for that to cause weight loss!. Walking alone is only good for keeping your metabolism up and burning calories through out the day, but unless your metabolism is truly running at a good rate you wont be burning that many calories!. To be effective you need to put in about an hours worth of aerobic exercise like treadmill, stair master or elliptical machine and your will burn 600 per hour and truly increase your metabolism!. If walking has to be your thing, then go for 2 hours at a swift pace, not a stroll but a speed walk and that might burn 500 to 600 calories!. Maybe you could find a place near your home or office with 10 stairs and use that for about an hour!. That would be really effective and would resolve your mid section down dilemma :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

I'm 5'2 and 92 pounds and my doctor forced me to not only go to a nutritionist, but an "eating dissorder" specialist to get me to gain weight!. I soooo don't think I'm fat AT ALL and the doctors just can't accept people are sometimes naturally thin!.
I was restricted from ALL exercise and had to eat thousands of calories every day until I weigh 98 or more!.
Trust me, with how much doctors freak out, you DO NOT want to lose weight or you could end up not allowed to do anything!. walking will burn cals, but walking uphill would do a better job of building muscle!. Weight lisfting would be best for muscle building!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I guarantee you that if you're one of those skinny fat people, then you actually shouldn't lose any more fat, you just need to tone, which is honestly easier than losing weight! :) When muscle isn't toned, it can be loose and flabby almost like fat!. Try doing pilates or any other sort of toning exercise and your body will look great! :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

start out walking, and when you feel you can, begin to incorporate more jogging and running, and eventually some light weight lifting!. you dont even need to go to a gym, you can just jog outside, do pushups, pull ups, sit ups, anything cardio that makes your muscles work and gets your heart pumpingWww@Answer-Health@Com

burning more fat will not replace fat with muscle, if you are already thin then you need to use weights to build muscle, this will not bulk you up but will give you a lean, tone look, which is what it seems like you desire!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Don't PLAN on walking - get up away from the computer and GO for the walk - that's the only way to burn calories and loose weight!!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

of course!
Anything that gets your heart rate up burns fat!.
Just make sure you stay hydrated!Www@Answer-Health@Com
