Question: Anyone have any simple and fast acting weight loss routines!?
I just got back from vacation yesterday, and I weighed myself today and I gained 5 pounds!! I have no idea how because I was active the whole time!. I'd like to get back to the weight I was before I left, so I was wondering if anyone had any simple routines to work out and lose weight quickly!. I'm 13 if that's nessicaryWww@Answer-Health@Com

Probably if you were active during vacation, some of it is water weight!. I wouldn't worry too much!. Just eat healthy (no chips, pop, candy, cookies, ice-cream, fast food) that kind of thing and add more fruits and veggies and whole grains and exercise and it'll probably come off in no time!.

nothing is ever simple and fast acting!. it takes time!. it is recommended to lose 1-2 lbs per week if you want to do it healthy!. Dont try to starve yourself or anything!. The weight will just come back!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
