i'm about 6'1" and 185lbs!. if i sprint for 30 seconds all out and rest for 2 min and do 8 reps all together, aprox how many claories did i burn!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

forget about the calories burned during exercise far too many focus on that number which is really not significant if you exercise properly at a high level of intensity!.
hands down interval training is the best method of increasing the resting metabolic rate (RMR) which increases fatty acid metabolism which is when the real fat loss occurs not during exercise!. exercising at maximum effort not only causes the greatest increase in the RMR but it also maximizes growth hormone (GH) output!.
