Answers:
What your doing is good!. I would do your workouts 3 times a week and make sure you are eating enough protein!. Don't do it daily as your body needs to recuperate!. Set yourself goals!. Next time you do your push-ups, aim for 45!. If you can do it, great, go for 50 next time!. If not keep 45 your goal until you make it, then increase to 50!. Same thing with the sit-ups!.

As for running, all you can do is go out and run!. Though I would recommend turning one of your running days into a day of Interval training!. Jog for 5 minutes, then run all out for 1 minute, jog 2 minutes, then all out for 1 minutes!. Continue that pattern for 15 minutes, then walk 5 minutes to cool down!. By stressing your body differently you'll force it to improve!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

wow!.!.!.great goal!. I would go to the gym and consult a trainer or staff member!. Most offer a fitness assessment and customized plan, without having to hire a professional trainer!. They also offer personal training at a fee!.!.!.might be worth it to accomplish the goal!.

Also, check out Exercise TV, OnDemand with Comcast!. I use many of their free programs!.!.!.the catch is that some of them are short term freebies, so you end up needing to buy the DVD, but they're reasonably priced!. I have the Star Trainers, strength training, series and use it faithfully!.!.!.but it would help you accomplish your current goals!.!.!.you need some specialized planning!.

Hope it helps and good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well, practice makes perfect, so I say continue in what you are doing!.!.!.!.more push ups and more sit ups!.!.!.!.!.!.why detract from what you are doing with another exercise!? Just perfect what you are already doing!.

Good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
