Question: Weight loss help for a very out of shape 17 year old!.!?
To give a little more information, I am a binge eater, and I am depressed, I do try to eat healthy, as for exercise, i don't get any, i know i should but i have pretty much lost all will to do anything!. but i want to lose weight so bad, i cant even walk for 5 minutes without getting tired, i am 5"5 and 220 lbs apparently i look about 160!. that doesn't change anything i still want to lose weight and get back in shape , i was just wondering if anyone had any tips to help me get more energy and to lose weight quickly, now i know there is no magic pill that can help and that i cannot lose 40 lbs in a week i am willing to be patient and work hard at it i just need motivation Www@Answer-Health@Com

ok, here is a good motivation for you, think how sexy you are going to look when you lose the weight and how he is going to ask you back but you will tell him no!. here are the simple things you should do to lose weight take two table spoon full apple cider venigar before each meal, or maybe just one spoonful, also you can take some organic unrefined vergin coconut oil you can get it in pill form as well as licquid!. healthfood store is where you can get these things!. go get slim and sexy!. Maybe you should find a friend to help motivate you-someone else who wants to begin exercising and eating healthier!. You could join a health club!. Talk to your physical education teacher!. Find an activity you enjoy-like DDR or walking!. But first, you should find out what's making you feel depressed because it will be hard to commit to changing your diet and exercise habits without feeling good about yourself first!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Only you can really give yourself motivation!. It is tough!.

Eating healthy and exercising is the only healthy way to do this!. So you need to force yourself to do this if you really want to lose the weight!.

Throw out all the bad food and don't buy anything bad!. If it's not in your house, you won't eat it!.

Get a workout buddy!. If you have someone to workout with, it almost forces you to go there and workout!. I go to the gym 5 days a week, but got into a rut a few months ago and didn't really feel like going anymore!. So I started going with my friend, and we made a point to meet at a certain time, and I'd feel terrible if I didn't go and stand her up!.

So I forced myself to go, and now I'm back on track and going 5 days a week again!.

Eat small meals throughtout the day!. 5-6 is what they say!. It keeps your metabolism going good all day!. But make those meals healthy!. Incorporate all of the food groups as well!. Don't eat a lot of sugar!. Sugar is a bad food for gaining weight!. Stay away from cakes, cookies any sort of pastry!. Those are terrible!.

Eat lean protein, lots of fruit and vegetables and whole grains!. You can give yourself a treat day, so look forward to that day!. Know that after a whole week of eating good, you can let yourself have some treats on that day!. It's sort of like a reward!.

Don't aim to lose any more than 1-2 pounds a week because anything over that isn't healthy and you'll most likely gain it back!.

Good luck!. I know it's tough!. But if you really want to do it, you'll be able to!.

*Edit- Alright you don't need a gym to workout in!. Even meeting up with someone and go for a jog, or go swimming, or go for a walk!. I used the gym as an example!. You can do so many workouts outside of a gym!. So maybe get a workout buddy to go on hikes with, or someone that will motivate you to get out and do something active!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
