Question: How can i increase the weight when i do my dips but not by increasing my body weight!?!?
I do dips liek this : my hands on my bed and my feet on the ground like a metre or a lil bit more away from my hands, then i dip like as far as i can and repeat

get a belt that you can add weights to, most gyms have them!. They look like belts that you use for squats but there is a chain attached to it that you can loop through plates of weight!.
I use this all the time for pull ups and dips!. If you can't find a belt for this then hold a dumbell between your feet or knees when you do this exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
