Weightloss without feeling tired?!

Question: Weightloss without feeling tired!?
I need to lose about 20 lbs but whenever I try to cut back on junk food I experience terrible drowsiness! I just can't stay awake past noon unless I have a muffin or two!. So what can I do to keep myself wide awake while eating healthier!? I tried moderate exercise to perk myself up but that makes very little difference!. Anyone ever have this problem!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

In order to lose weight but keep yourself energetic you are going to have to lose the idea of going on a "diet" and get used to the idea of changing your lifestyle!.

One of the best ways to get your metabolism going is to eat five small meals a day!. Make sure you make time to eat a good breakfast with protein and fiber!. Your meals should consist of healthy, nutritious foods like fruit, vegetables, cheese, chicken!. Cut back as much as possible on junk food and sweets because eating a lot of these things will weigh you down and make you feel bloated and sleepy!. Constantly eating will boost your metabolism and you will feel more energized!.

Also drink lots of water!. Sometimes when you're hungry or tired your body is really just dehydrated!. Drink as much as you can!.

Consider taking a multivitamin!. You may have a vitamin deficiency that is making you tired!.

As long as you are setting out on a new healthy "lifestyle" you should know that it is ok to indulge sometimes!. Giving yourself a little brownie or two every now and then will satisfy your cravings and keep you from losing control and bingeing on them later!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, I have had the same problem!. Whats happening is that your body is used to running on sugar, when you terminate the sugar you blood sugar drops causing drowsiness and an uncontrollable urge to eat junk!. You should be eating small healthy meals through out the day so your blood sugar doesn't drop!. If you get tired try eating a piece of fruit!.
If you're not properly nurturing your body it won't have the energy to get through a work out!. However, even after starting a new workout regimen and diet, it can take a couple of days for your body to adjust, but give it time your body will respond much better to a healthier lifestyle than not!. Space out your calories so you are eating 6 small meals / day!.

Include protein and some carbs during the middle part of the day for energy!.

Hang in there,
