How many calories should I be burning in one workout/eating in one day?!


Question:

How many calories should I be burning in one workout/eating in one day?

I have recently lost 60 lbs and Have hit a brick wall this last month. I eat on average 1000 calories a day and burn 600 a day working out. I have not lost anymore weight in about 4 weeks. I have tried eating less but then I find myself weak and hungry. What should I do?

And Yes I still have 35 lbs to loose to be at a healthy BMI.

maybe you should change up your workout, start doing something else, I once read that your body can get so accustom to your workout that it that doesn't lose as much calories when you do your workout, making you not lose much as the weight you were losing before
it also could be muscle that you think is fat that your trying to
lose or it could be water weight
