Hey there!.!.!.congrats on losing 20 lbs!!! That's awesome, and it takes a lot of discipline and hard work to do that!. I'm so proud of you!
No, you won't wreck all your hard work having one day of bad eating!. Just don't weigh yourself for a few days because you'll be bloated and retain water from the salt and sugar!. Drink lots of hot herbal teas to flush everything out, and get right back to eating healthy and exercising tomorrow!. One day honestly doesn't hurt!. I lost like 17 lbs and then had an emotional day and ate some rice cakes and jam and chocolate, and I got so bloated and started freaking out, but I drank the tea and got right back on my plan the next day!. Two days later I weighed myself and I actually hadn't gained anything at all!. So don't worry!! and you should have a day like that once in awhile so you don't end up completely caving in and eating lots of junk!.
cheers :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!.!.you wouldn't gain it back after one bad day!. I lost 15lbs and had a really bad day!.!.!.I didn't gain anything back but I felt guilty!. Now if you do this every day!.!.!. yeah!.!.!.you'll gain weight!. Just get right back on your diet and keep going!. Don't let this one bad day mess things up for u!. What I do is take a break and maintain for about a month and Diet for another month just to see what I can lose in that month!. Kinda of makes it fun for me!. I eat 5 small meals a day!.!.!.some times I think that's to much because I'm eating every three hours!. More like snacks!. Or I'll eat two good meals and one snack and I never eat after 6pm!.!.this works for me!. I lost another 5lbs and have15 left to go!. Make your diet fun!. think of it as a challenge!. I have been exercising for 1 month and have lost 7 pounds!. But i had to attend a wedding 2 days ago and have been eating a lot since then!. I cant find my weighing scale but i think i have already gained about 3 pounds in 2 days! Get back on track as soon as you can!. Im watching an exercise dvd right now but here i am typing lol!. But yeah, just keep exercising not less than 1 hour a day!. Do it now before the day is over!. Good luck to us!Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!. You won't gain everything back (you'll probably gain nothing)!.

Stay off the scale for a few days, b/c the snacks you ate were salty, so you might retain some water!.

Simply resume your regular routine tomorrow!. No harm done!.

Chalk up today to a metabolism booster!.

No worries!.

you wont gain it all back from one day tho to make yourself feel better do a lil cardio, when u are carefully watching your food be sure to allow yourself to have "treats" once in a while, if you deprive yourself you will crave it more then eventually binge and overeat junk so just relax and treat yourself on a regular basis to prevent this again!. congrats on the weightlossWww@Answer-Health@Com

no you will be fine, one day of junk food will hardly make a difference! just get back on track and don't do it every day!. everybody needs to indulge once in a while!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No!.!.!.you'll be fine!. Everyone needs a break every now and then!. Just be sure and start your diet up again tomorrow!.

Good luck!.
