How do you get rid of fat thighs?!


Question: How do you get rid of fat thighs!?
I'm 5'4",115/120lbs and have a totally flat stomach, but big thighs run in the family and even though I'm in track i still can't get rid of them!. Any ideas!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

omg im in track to! and im 16 and i weight about 108 pounds , 5'6 and my thighs are the biggest too! like my stomach is flat and my arms are skinny and my calvs are skinny but my thighs stick out!.

i heard spritners are likely to have bigger thighs and butts but i dont even have a big butt just big thighs

so i stopped sprinting and i started running 2 miles a day and walking about 2 or 3 miles a day and ive noticed they have slimmed down slowly!. it takes time tho!.

also try and cut bad food out of ur diet!. if u eat less fattie foods then ur legs wont be as big

Your BMI sounds just perfect :) But I know what you mean: most all women are pear-shaped and it's hard if you're like me and have a great midsection but not-so-great thighs!.

It's proven impossible to spot-reduce, like lose fat from just your thighs and nowhere else, but there are lots of exercises you can do to firm them up (see below)!. It may not be necessary since you do track (me too!)!. After that, the only solution is to lose weight from everywhere through dieting or to wear more A-line skirts and other flattering clothes!. When we want to get rid of body fat, there is no way to specifically burn fat from one part of the body!. Doing sit ups won't burn the fat that is covering your abs and doing tricep extensions won't get rid of the fat that is covering your triceps!. The only thing you can do is lose weight all around and eventually the problem area will also improve!. The way to burn fat is through a calorie restricted diet in conjunction with an exercise routine that will burn calories!. Activities that burn calories include running, biking, swimming and other high intensity activities!.

you're lucky i'm 5'2" 108 lbs and i have a little chubby stomach but thin thighs!. i guess everyone has something that is going to be bigger than it should you shoudl be happy it's your thighs because people look at your stomach more than thighs!. i would suggest pilates and squats these should help tone your thighs up!. good luck!Www@Answer-Health@Com
