Help! I shed 30 lbs. in 3 months. But I just cant seem to lose any more weight. I diet and exercise everyday.?
I was 195 lbs. I am now 165lbs. I cant seem to come any lower. I eat healthy and exercise alot. I run 2 miles a day. My goal weight is 140lbs. Any suggestions? Thank you so much.

You hit a plateau.
Increase your running speed, slightly, or run hills or run for 35 minutes.
Every 6 weeks you should change something so you don't hit the plateau.
