Question: Inefficient way of exercising!?

If you're just starting up exercising, it's not inefficient to exercise every day, or alternate days!.!.!.just going out there and moving is good! Eventually you may hit a "plateau" when your body has adjusted to the intensity/type of your workout, and at that time, you could, say, add more reps to your weightlifting, finish the lap in 2 minutes, rather than 3 minutes, just "shake things up a bit"!.!.!.!.keeps your body guessing!. :PWww@Answer-Health@Com

If you really think you can exercise everyday, do it!. But if you're doubtful, don't set yourself up to fail!. Maybe you know you can force yourself to get out there 2 times a week!.
Don't cut yourself off from everything you eat now, again, you'd probably be setting yourself up to fail!. Just cut out something completely fatty!. Like, cake!. Have a cookie instead of cake!. Frozen yogurt instead of ice cream, especially if you know you have a portion control problem!.
After taking that route, and succeeding, feel free to taper it down again!.
I've lost a lot of weight through diet and exercise!.
