I currently weigh 68kg and i want to put on weight/muscle!. I'd like to weigh around 75kg or maybe a bit more!. Would it be better for me to put on fat and then turn it into muscle, or just start working out now and eat lots of protein!. Which way is faster to Gain Muscle!? Thanks :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

It's a common misconception that one can turn fat into muscle!. This is not the case!. You can only gain muscle and lose weight at the same time - muscle and fat are actually made of different building blocks entirely!.

Keep up a weight lifting routine and be sure to take about 1 gram of protein for every pound you weigh!. This can be acquired through meats, cheeses, protein shakes, or whatever else you eat throughout the day!.

Try to limit your lifting routine to about one hour!. After this period the body begins to metabolize too quickly!. Also, be sure to have carbohydrates and protein after working out to aid in the rebuilding process!.

Do not eat a lot of fatty things; this will only put on empty pounds that will end up hiding your muscle rather than help build them!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

it really has a lot to do with your metabolism!.

a friend of mine loves ultimate fighting, hes a small Chinese guy and he has tried for a while to put on weight so he could be a better competitor, he ate like crazy for a while, eating hamburgers and pancakes and anything he could get his hands on really!. even after all of that he didnt gain much weight!.

i think you need to find what is best for your body type and what food will help you gain weight!. because every persons body respondes differently to different foods!.

i can tell you one thing i know for sure, after you work out is the best time for you to eat foods with a higher sugar percentage in them!. when your muscles are broken down, which is what they do when you work out, they need to build themselves back up, by eating foods high in sugar and high in protein after you work out you should be able to build up your body faster!. Just start working out, and I wouldn't go past 77kg's!. Thinner people tend to look a lot better in clothing!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
