Question: Desperate need of guidance to GAIN weight!?
Hi, I am 17 years old and weight only a mere 130 lbs!. I am 5'11" and have a very high metabolism!. I didn't eat very much before but have been packing in calories with not too much fat for the last year and have noticed absolutely no difference!. Can someone please tell me what kind of foods I should eat everyday and what fitness regiment should I possibly also follow to maybe gain muscle!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

hey!! iv been doing the very same thing for the past few weeks!. you need to eat healthy things, and about 2600cals per day (thats what i did) - iv gained around 6lbs so far and i need to gain another 5 or 6 in the next 3 weeks!. things like bananas, granola, cereal bars, cheese, peanut butter, breads, pasta etc all help and if u want to gain that muscle then u gotta lift weights and work out!. anyway these sites should be useful!
