Cardio is good for the stomach!. Pair that with other exercises, and you're set!. But the exercises I'm going to list in a moment will only work on the muscles beneath the fat on your stomach, so just doing them would pretty much be useless!.

The plank, crunches, oblique curls, backwards crunches, and the air bike!. They all helped me get more core stable!.

You also have to remember that you must work everywhere on your body, you can focus more on one spot, but you have to do everything at once!Www@Answer-Health@Com

other than working out your stomach you can empty out your bowels!.!. try an herbal laxative (tea)!.!. you can find them at grocery stores!.!. it doesnt really hurt at all and you can drink the tea with every meal!.!. and if the tea is too strong or it gives you bad diarrhea then just take the tea bag out sooner!.!. they will give you a skinnier waist but you have to be at home if the teas real strong because your going to be using the bathroom a couple times!.!.
