Loosing belly weight?!


Question: Loosing belly weight!?
ok I'm not going on a " diet " just wanting to watch what i eat and exercise!.!.!.!.!.
today i am going 2 eat a fat free yogurt for breakfast, prolly a sandwich and some chips, but i dont know what to do for dinner!?
but for cardio i ride horses, is that ok!?
and i do an ab workout at night after dinner!?

Add a lil more to your breakfast, possibly a piece of fruit!.
When it comes to your sandwich make sure its whole wheat bread and a lean meat filling such as turkey or chicken breast!. If you MUST have the chips, get baked Lays, a much smarter choice!.
Cardio sounds okay but if your trying to lose weight you'll need to do a little more!.

If you are going to "skimp" on a meal do it at dinner NOT breakfast!.
When they say "breakfast is the most important meal of the day" they aren't kidding!. When dieting a wholesome healthful breakfast is extremely important!. It's what boosts your metabolism for the ENTIRE day!. You should have breakfast within one hour of waking up!. And it should be balanced!. Don't forget the Milk :)Www@Answer-Health@Com

no, you're sitting down!. it's not good at all for burning fat

you need to run/swim/bike 30+ minutes a day
