How Can I Lose Over 100 Pounds?!


Question: How Can I Lose Over 100 Pounds!?
I am a 12 year old girl and I way something of 270 pounds and I really need to lose weight and be healthy and fit!.For the past week or so I have been eating less and healthier but not exercising!.Any exercise ideas!?I am starting 6th grade this September so I need to lose weight!.

Hey Alexandrea! It is very mature from you to be conscious about your health!. I am 20 years and I am still working on my weight!. Non only yo have to eat healthy (fish, fruits, veggies), but exercise is the most important part!. But you need to find something that you enjoy doing: dancing, playing tennis, hiking, swimming( these are my favorites)!. Something fun, but that makes you loose a lot of calories!. If you can, check the show "You are what you eat" on BBCA, or google it on line!. It is very helpful!. But at your age you need first to meet with a doctor and/or a nutritionist, so they can help you!.

i suggest weight training, eating 3 meals a day and a lot of walking!. dont be one of those people who ***** about weight training making you bulky cuz it doesnt!. eat a bowl of cereal and a fresh orange everyday!. work out, then eat a lean lunch ONLY when your stomach growls, then after another session, eat dinner!. walk for at least an hour, it burns calories and fat!. jog as much as possible, it'll burn carbs and sugar!. i lost 30 lbs in 2 months doing this, but didnt jog or walk, so maybe you'll lose 50 in 2 months!. the key is bing motivated cuz i tried the same program this summer and didnt lose a pound cuz my motivation was gone!.

u gotta do something that u like to do that would make u break some sweat, something u can do everyday about 30 or 60 minutess, just think about somthing you can do that requires u to move!. thats the trick! treadmills work if u wanna add that in to yur exercizing, treadmills get boring over time using it so try watching t!.v and use the tread mill at the same time to make it better!. they have jazzercise work out places, thats usually fun for woman!. i hope everything works out for u!. good luck! read this > http://www!.bodybuildingforyou!.com/articl!.!.!.
