You have to diet, exercise and, here is the latest research, get a full restful 8 hours sleep a night!. Poor sleep has been linked to weight gain even for people who diet and work out!.
For diet,try this
Breakfast
Egg whites, 1 slice wheat toast
10:30 Am Snack--apple or pear, 3 walnut halves
Lunch--Huge green salad, tomatoes, cucumbers, vinaigrette dressing, plus skinless chicken, turkey or fish
3:30 PM Snack--apple or pear, 3 walnut halves
Dinner--Huge plate of greens (spinach, broccoli, cabbage, kale) plus skinless chicken, turkey or fish
Drink 8 glasses of water and all the sugar free lemonade you want
For exercise
1!. Captain's chair -3 sets of 15 leg lifts
2!. Long arm crunches (these work way better than regular crunches)
3!. Kick boxing-work your way up to an hour, 3 times a weekWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hey! I have found first hand that running at least 30 minutes in the morning (elliptical machine, treadmill, or outside) helped me lose more weight than working out in the evening!.
Also, you would be amazed at how much weight you can lose by substituting your drinks! Drink WATER, WATER, WATER!!!! It's amazing to look at the difference!.!.!.!. p!.s if you like flavored water, try the cranberry-apple or the cherry limeade flavored packets that you pour into your bottled water!. They sell it at Wal-Mart! It's my favorite!Www@Answer-Health@Com

My dad tried once not eating anything for a long time except like an occasional meal!. and all he drank was water!.
