Answers:
Seriously!.

Diet is 75% or more of making quick gains!.

Supplements are almost useless if your diet and workout routine arent spot on!.

Even steroids cant make you grow without a proper diet, your body cant build what it doesn't have the raw materials to make, no matter how much it wants to!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Bravodor is 100% spot-on -- I have several friends and colleagues who are competitive bodybuilders, and they all say diet and strength training make up at least 95% of the equation!. I asked them about supplements when I got started on my strength training regimen, and the only one they recommended was whey protein for pre-and-post workout nutrition only!.

My bodybuilder friends and colleagues recommended a bulking routine for me to gain muscle -- it involves full-body workouts 3 times a week!. For every exercise I'm supposed to do 6 sets of 6 reps using a weight that's approximately 80% to 85% of my one-rep max!. The drill is to take a full 2 seconds to raise the weight and a full 4 seconds to lower the weight (apparently you get greater gains if you concentrate on the negative phase of lifting)!. Rest is 90-120 seconds between sets!.

For diet, they recommended at least 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day (for me, that's 205g of protein per day), lots of eggs, nuts, and olive oil for healthy fat, and getting my carbs entirely from fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, nuts, and whole grains!. The "bad for you" stuff like sugar, junk food, fast food, soft drinks, etc!., has to be kept to a minimum!. I'm allowed half a day a week where I can eat or drink whatever I want as long as I don't stuff!.

It's working pretty well so far!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

diet is the most important thing!. oh and eat a LOT of eggs and meat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
