I lift in the morning so I eat alot! But here you go:
Wake up at 5am then lift on empty stomach usually!.
Breakfast: Protein Shake with fruit, Oatmeal or Eggs and a bannana
Lunch: Usually left over dinner OR Soup with chicken in it, rice, Carrots, yogurt, granola, fruit!.
Dinner: Lean Protein (Fish, Chicken or Turkey, Green Veggie (spinach, Broccoli, Green beans) Rice or pasta or bread!.
Snack: Almonds, Granola, protein bar
I always drink water and green tea or coffee throughout the day!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Pre-Workout
10 grams of L-Glutamine w/ water then make a smoothie with orange juice, banana, raspberries, pineapple and strawberries with 10 grams of hemp proteins
6:00 am
Post-Workout
10 oz organic milk with Hershey's chocolate syrup
7:00 am
1/2 cup whole oatmeal with cinnamon and 1 medium banana
8:00 am
3 whole eggs lightly fried w/ olive oil cooking spray
10:00 am
1 cup cottage cheese w/ all natural apple sauce
12:00 pm
chicken breast/steamed veggies/salad
3:00 pm
lean pork chop/hummus w/ cucumber slices
6:00 pm
salmon or talipia/steamed veggies/mixed green salad w/ evoo and balsamic vinegar
8:30 pm
blended protein shake w/ all natty peanut butter
9:00 pm
bed time
