5 sets - 5 reps of 160lbs, what can make it easier ?!


Question: 5 sets - 5 reps of 160lbs, what can make it easier !?
I've been doing 5 sets - 5 reps of 160lbs!. For about 5 months!.

I asked one fitness instructor, and he said, " That will help me with endurance "

Another fitnes instructor said, " Only do 3 sets of 8 reps on each exercise "

Ok, here goes my main question!.

It takes me about 20 minutes to knock out 5 sets - 5 reps of 160lbs!.

I never totally struggle with it, I just get a little tired!.

Anyway, what can make me stronger !?

To the point where 5 sets - 5 reps of 160lbs is nothing, and I need more weight !?

How do I increase !?

Answers:
You should eventually increase the number of reps in a set, and once you feel thats easy keep increasing it, and eventually just add some more weight on it!.

Ex!. 5 sets - 6 reps, then 5-7, and so on!.!. slowly increase itWww@Answer-Health@Com
