Here are some tips on how you can lose those unwanted pounds the healthy way:

1!. Do not starve your self!.

The key to a healthier way of losing weight is: Do not diet!.

You may seem happy and feel that you are losing those unwanted flabs on your belly and thighs by skipping meals!. But remember that this would not last long!. Your body cannot tolerate having insufficient food to fuel the energy that you use up everyday!.

If you get used to skipping one or two meals a day, your stored calories will be used up instead of the energy that should have been provided by your meals!. So if you just eat one huge sandwich in one day, it will end up straight to your problem area (i!.e!. highs, buttocks, hips)!.

2!. Start your day right!.

Mothers always say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day!. Have a healthy meal in the morning to jump-start your metabolism!.

Your food intake after you wake up will be used to burn fat all day long!.

3!. Eat small, healthy meals frequently!.

Five small-serving snacks per day is better than three hearty meals!. Eating more frequently, and in small servings, can prevent over-eating!. This will also increase your metabolism and make calories burn faster!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

i'm doing the same thing!.!.!.!.um i've started eating low energy density foods (look that up) and not eating bread though i still eat carbs like brown rice and pasta and potatoes!. i think its all about listening to your body and never feeling stuffed but satisfied!. get in lots of fruits and vegetables and look for high fiber foods!. a good rule of thumb is to look for foods that are higher in fiber than fat!. i also get in at least 2 servings of dairy a day!. i work out doing weights twice a week and run a few times for 20 min!. as for stopping cravings just make sure you never go hungry!. never feel stuffed and never feel hungry!. eat some fruit or some nuts to keep you going throughout the day and drink lots of water!. a lot of the time when you think you are hungry you are really thirsty!. when cooking look for low fat flavorings so you can make delicious but healthy meals!. also, crazy bowls and wraps bowls with brown rice are great and often come in under 500 cal!. so far ive lost 5 lbs in less than two weeks so hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Eat foods with lots of fiber, get organic if u can its got way more vitamins and nutrients then non-organic and eat lots of green veggies they give u a ton of energy, also bred tends to weigh u down a little so try to eat whole wheats or just a little bit!. I have lost almost 30lbs in 2 and a half months Www@Answer-Health@Com

Once you cut out the foods you crave, after about 2 weeks you won't crave them anymore!. Just eat healthfully, you know what that is!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you're serious about losing weight you MUST try Acai Berry! I first heard about on Oprah, and I ordered a 14-day FREE trial from this site!. I've already lost some weight and I've got tons more energy!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Its o!.k that you have gained weight, you probably werent commited to make a sacrifice like that, and gaining weight was just a wake up call!. The main thing to keep in mind is to not go on a anti-carb diet, a crash diet, or starving yourself, but to have a healthy diet!. All diets can either result in gaining weight or permentatly damaging your body, except the healthy way!. Here are some healthy diet plans and great excercise plans that can help you on your way to a healthy diet
BREAKFAST: Just like other meals, try to have a variety like:
*proteins: meats, beans nuts
*grains: breads and cereals
*fruits: bluberries, oranges, strawberries
*dairy products: milk, cheese, yogurt
here are some suggestions to have for breakfast:
*oatmeal low sugar (whole grain, contains fiber, and maintains energy for a longer period of time) w/ some bluberries ( good antioxidiants, nutrients, and vitamins ) and a glass of water
* scrambled or boiled eggs ( boiled is better but scrambled is also o!.k, its a source of protein ) w/ an orange and glass of water
*special k or or any other high fiber low calorie cereal w/ low fat milk and some yogurt (calcium, helps play a role in muscle metabolism ) and a glass of water * this breakfast is full of calcium *
mix these around and you can do it your own way but make sure you dont have the same breakfast everyday
LUNCH AND DINNER:
*salmon ( protein, and remember the less legs the better for you!!)
* salad with veggies such as carrots and onions and fruits such as tomatoes or mandrin oranges w/ some kind of protein in there like white meat or chicken breast peices ( try it w/out dressing, but some vinegerette wouldnt hurt)
*tuna ( w/out mayo! very faty!) but w/ a lil bit of mustard if preffered with a whole wheat bread slice and a peice of fruit like an apple
you can mix these around and try new things!. just remeber for lunch and dinner, it doesnt have to be that hard, cause you can just add a protein like chicken breast, some whole wheat bread, some fruit, veggies, and theres your lunch or dinner!. make sure you have a variety though!.
SNACKS: here are some suggested snacks for going on a diet:
*peice of whole wheat bread
*fruits ( make a fruit smoothie! )
*veggies
*but mainly, look for foods that contain complex carbohydrates like whole-grain breads and cereals and combine them with protein-rich snacks such as peanut butter or low-fat yogurt or cheese!. complex carbs keep your energy up and keep your cravings at a low level!.
*make sure to not be fooled by package labeling at stores!. just because something is "all natural" or "pure" doesn't necessarily mean that it's nutritious!. For example, "all natural" juice drinks or sodas can be filled with sugar (which is a natural ingredient) but all that sugar means they'll be high in calories and give you little nutrition!. A granola bar is a good example of a snack that people think is healthy!. Although granola bars can be a good source of certain vitamins and nutrients, many also contain a great deal of fat!.
HOW TO HANDLE CRAVINGS:
*mostly, cravings come out of boredom!. If your being a couch potato watching t!.v, your most likely to want to get something out of the kitchen!. just walk the other way, and do something productive to get you off ur mind of that craving
* the average craving last for 2 min, so chew a piece of gum instead
*think about the result of that craving!. if you tend to say, hey, a little piece of chocolate wouldnt hurt, youd just want more and more and the result is a negetive outlook on the whole idea of dieting and you would feel bad about yourself
*or, you can listen to your craving, but instead of having that candy bar in kitchen thats calling your name, have a piece of watermelon and go oustide and get some excercise!.
EXCERCISE:
now, for excersing on a diet, you have to burn more than what you ate!. idk how old you are or what your calorie intake should be but if you go to the website down at the bottom of the page, it will tell you how many calories you should be eating a day!. So, if your calorie intake was 1,600 calories today, you burn 2,100 calories, and then in 6 days you can loose 1 pound ( doesnt sound like much, eh!? but its the easiest healhy way to loose weight )!. 3,500 calories= 1pound!.
The best workouts for burning calories are cardio!. This includes stairmaster, bike, tredmill!.!.!.machines that are fast calorie burners! But, i do recommend instead of running on a tredimill, go on jog or run for a couple miles and i think its exciting cause you can acutally look at nature rather than stare at how much time you have left on the tredmill!. Do anything that gets you moving!

if you are commited and follow the diet goal you put up for yourself, you will surely loose weight by Christmas
