Do you need to eat after!? If it's meal time just eat normally but smaller portions if you're trying to lose weight!. Drink a lot of water as most of the time we're not hungry just in need of water but we think we need food! I have fruit, a yoghurt or a smoothie if i am hungry between meals and after gym!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

if you're trying to lose weight, just eat healthy!. It also depends on how hungry you are, if it's going to be one of your major meals for the day, have atleast a helping of each food!. One vegetable, fruit, and meat!. Try to stay away from the dairy products and bread!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
