Question: Weightwatchers!?!?!?!? What Do you think!?
I'm 26 and wanting to lose weight once and for all!. I've been struggling with it since my teens and now it's got to go! Would anyone recomend Weightwatchers!? If so, why!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, I highly recommend them!. The program works, and the points system is so simple, it's like second nature after just a few days!. I've had much success with their program, and some of the people in my group have lost over 100 pounds!

i think WW is good because its probably the most 'balanced' of the diets out there!. in fact, its not really a diet, just a lifestyle actually!.
their points systems is good because you can eat virtually anything, as long as its in your points!. so in that aspect, at least your life isnt controlled by calorie or carb counting!.!.!.
on the other hand, the food they make can be quite expensive, specially since healthy eating is something that everyone should be doing for free!.
its the most sustainable diet out of all and id definitely reccomend it!.

If you want to try it then go for it!. Some people need that structure to lose weight!. I didn't join weight watchers when i lost my weight but after i lost 20 lbs i got a personal trainer to lose the other 20 lbs!. Right now I am signed up with jillianmichaels!.com!. I dont want to lose any more weight but she provides you with daily workout plans!. Its good for me because it keeps me in shape and I dont have to worry about taking the time to come up with my own workout plan!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Wouldn't recommend weight watchers as living your life by a points system seems ridiculous to me!.

Look online at Slimming world - this is an alternative in which you categorize your food and certain days you can eat as much rice as you want and others you can eat all your meat (red days/green days)!. This way you aren't restricting yourself totally and sitting hungry - you can always say oh well I will have some more of this!.!.!. also they have loads of free foods which you can eat any day at any time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Make sure the the pounds you lose aren't only the ones in your purse!.!.
A balanced diet and moderate but regular exercise is best, learn & respect your limits!. good luck!!Www@Answer-Health@Com
