Question: Will this help in losing weight!?
lately, i've noticed that my pants are fitting tighter & that i've been eating tons of junkfood

if i cut out all the soda, chips, fast food, cake, chocolate and all that crap, how much weight do you think i could lose!?
it doesnt have to be immediate weight loss but it'd be better if it was


oh & i'll try to do 10 minutes of excersise in the morning and then again at nigh and on the weekends i'll increase it to 20 in the morning and 20 at night

I think that will help you lose some weight!. Try to insert some fruits and veggies too so that you aren't too hungry when you are cutting bad things out!. And let yourself have one cheat day so you can stick to it!.
If you are going to work out for only 10 mins make sure it is high intensity, you want to get your heart rate up!

well, it will be a start to loosing weight, but you will not loose weight by doing 40 min of excercising and cutting all the crap out of your daily foods because you probably dont count calories!. If you would like to loose weight, then you probably have to count your calories, drink lots or water, and do much more than 40 min of excercising!. Its not an easy thing to commit to, but it also might be because your growing!. You say your still in school, so you are probably still growing as a woman!. Its good that you are cutting all the junk out of your daily diet, but it will not be a guaranteed weight loss plan!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

It will be cool if you cut all those junkie food, but you need exercise also and preference cardio!.

there are 2 ways that you can do it!.

First is to do at a moderate level for 30 to 45 minutes!.

Second is to do as interval training which means less time but much more intensity!. You have to mix moderate and high intensity level training, just to let you know this training is much more difficult!.

Of course cutting out the junk food will help! then the exercises will definitely help in creating a more lean body!. I don't think you will get immediate results but it will definitely be better then not working out!. I also like how you have a progressional workout routine and as you go just keep working toward a more intense workout routine and eventually your hard work will pay off!. i have lost a lot of weight simply by watching portion size and getting good exercise, it is not so much what you eat but how much, use a half sized dinner plate and get about 30 minutes of exercise a day and you will be fine!.
