How many crunches do you need to do a day to get a six pack in a month?!


Question: How many crunches do you need to do a day to get a six pack in a month!?
how many crunches should i do eachday to get a six pack!? please dont tell me to go on a diet because im skinny!. if u cant get a six pack by just crunches then what are other exercises to help get a six pack and how many times a day should i do them to get a six pack in a month!. anywhere from 200-600 a day depending on how defined you want to be!. make sure you get in your cardio daily and cut out sweets , carbs etc!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

being skinny is not the same thing as being lean (having low body fat)!. there are plenty of skinny people that have a high amount of body fat out!. if your body fat is not 10% or less then you do need to work on your diet to see the entire abdominal wall with out flexing!. if you do have low body fat and still can't see the abs then you need to train them with resistance so they increase in size and become more pronounced!.

Not a whole lot!.!.!. just be consistent!. I do leg raises and some crazy thing called "the bicycle maneuver", look it up, it'll make your abs burn :)

Work your obliques too, to the untrained eye they look like part of your abs and are an essential part of having a powerful mid-section!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Haha, blondii is actually dead right!. You need to burn off the layer of fat to see a six pack!. In reality, everyone has a six pack, but you can't see them!. Exercise and diet or far more important than ab exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

do around 50 crunches, 50 sit ups!. Do two sets one in the morning one at night!.

you can do crunches and sit ups until you're blue in the face but unless you're doing a cardio exercise along with the abdominal exercises you're only gonna build muscle underneath the fat!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
