Question: How do I lose weight!? PlZZZZ Help Me!!!!?
I am 15 and 5'7, I weight 150lbs!. I am not happy about being this over weight, I need to lose weight before I go back to school because everyone around me looks so thin and healthy and pretty, and I look dull and unhappy and fat!. I need help!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i have got the same problem! but this HELPED! i lost 40 in 2 months!!!!!

i jump on a mini trampoline (like 60$ at Dick's) for an hour which burns 1221 cal per hour! EVERY DAY

you have to burn off all of the calories that you eat every day that should be about 800 calories! i also do some breathing excersizes or yoga!

BIG HINT! eat an apple or drink some green tea! it jump starts your metabolism to burn cal faster!

by doing that you can lose atleast a lb!. more per week!

I think ultimately the best diet that works for you is one that you can stick with!. Most diets do not work because most people whether they are doing low carb or low fat go the extreme, by either taking out carbs comepletely or reducing fat to almost nothing!. The problen is that your baody needs both to function!. In my experience the best diet is one that you can stick with over a long period of time without feeling like you are missing out!. Food is suppose to be enjoyable! If you reduce sugar intake considerably (that means saying goodbye to soft drinks), excercise and limit your portion, I think you will be happy with the results!. Remember, it is better to eat 6 small meals a day than 3 regular meals!. Goodluck!

But here's a great workout:
Its basically short periods of intensity mixed with short periods of rest!. What this does is essentially smack your metabolism in the face to wake it up and force it to burn fat!.

1 minute - jog (warm up)
30 seconds - sprint
30 seconds - jog
30 seconds - sprint
30 seconds - jog
30 seconds - sprint
30 seconds - jog
30 seconds - sprint
1 minute - jog (cool down)

This entire workout lasts less than 6 minutes but will absolutely kick your butt!. When you sprint, go 100 percent full speed!. At the end, you can jog for longer if you'd like until your heart rate calms down a little!.

Do this everyday for a week and I will bet you anything you'll notice a difference!.

Before you try to lose weight make sure this is what you really want!. Don't feel pressured just because everyone around you is thin!. Just because they're thin doesn't necessarily mean they're healthy!. People are born with all shapes and sizes and you should embrace the things you have!.

But if you're serious on losing weight I suggest doing cardio (like walking or jogging)!. Try to exercise at least a half hour a day!. Make sure your diet is good!. Don't just eat junk food and exercise!. You're not going to lose weight that way!. Eat a lot of vegetables!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

like maybe go on a jog in the mornings and stay away from the fat foods!. drink plenty of water and dont be so concern of how others look!.
