Answers:
If you want to train everyday you need to rotate what body parts are being used!. So on one day do arms, and on another day do legs, and on another day do your back!. You can do cardio everyday, and do sit ups everyday!. But what I just described is an advanced workout schedule for those with a least a year of training!. But the key is to eat lots of protein and give the body parts worked a day or two of rest before reworking them!. When you lift weights you are breaking down the muscles, so that you they will rebuild stronger!. If you don't let them heal and rebuild then you are defeating the whole program!. Also as much as you are excited about doing it now, you will burn out and quit, so pace yourself!. You should have a long life and plenty of time to get strong and look good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

u should never worout the same bodypart two days in a row!. ur muscles need rest to grow!. this is what u need to do- day 1, chest and triceps day 2, biceps, back day 3, shoulders, legs, traps
u should take a rest on the 4th day but do abs everyother day and try to do cardio everyday as well!. if u eat like a rhino and sleep like a baby u will get bigWww@Answer-Health@Com

Sounds like you are doing all of it when working out, in other words you are not circuit training!. With that said, you should work out every other day three days a week!.!.!.You have to give your muscles time to heal!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
