Question: What I ate today & Will I pack on some pounds!?
I skipped my cardio day but I did manage to cut the lawn
but I managed to eat 2 bowls of ramen and cereal and had crackers as a snack!.
Do you think I over done it for the day!?

If 800 calories or so is overdoing it to you, than I bet you did gain weight!. You are obviously starving your body and all that food you gave it will make it store it as fat, knowing you will not feed it very much!.
Start eating 1500 calories!. Not only will you get your metabolism up to speed, you will feel a lot better!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
