Question: I want to lose weight fast!.!.!.can someone please help =]!?
okay i am 17 years old!. i weigh exactly 116 lbs and i am 5'4!.
i wanna lose about 10 lbs!.!.!.but as if now it seems impossible!.!.!.because eating is my god given talent!. i work out!.!.!.but its nothing too fancy!.!.i use the abdore!.!.!.!. do 3 to 4 sets of 30 situps a day, walk and drink alot of water and ohh also do some simple yoga steps!.
however i have a feeling that non of that is helping!.!.!.like i do feel a tad bit lighter compared to b4!.!.but still im not satisfied!.

so please can someone give me advise abt a good and reliable workout and diet!.!.!.im kinda desperate now!. Thankz =]


btw for people who dont know what an abdore is!.!.!.here is a small picture!.!.!.its not that clear!.!.!.but its the best i can do =]
