What exactly does drinking lots of water do for you?!


Question: What exactly does drinking lots of water do for you!?
When people talk of dieting they always stress drinking lots of water, but I've never heard specific reasons why!. Is it really crucial to losing weight, or shall I just not be drinking lots of sugary beverages!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

drinking water is important because most of the time you think you're hungry, you're body is just begging for some liquid!. Drinking before a meal helps you not to eat as much, and it helps y our body work with what nutrients you get from your meal!. It also definetely takes the place of other beverages that aren't good for you!.
Water is also important for you skin!. It keeps your body flushed of toxins, and helps you kind of have that healthy glow!. A deprivation of water also leads to headaches!.

Drink a lot of water and don't drink sugary beverages if you want to lose weight!. Water helps the cells in your body work I think!.!.!. Its kinda like fuel, so the more they can work the more calories you can burn!. Water will hydrate you if you work out, you really need it!. Its also good for your skin!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I actually think that water has a big thing to do with losing weight!.
Drink water! It flushes all the unwanted toxins from your body and stimulates your brain to think about working!. Also, By not drinking sugary drinks its a major bonus!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Water keeps you hydrated, it cleans your body out (takes out all the crap that's in there), it keeps you full if you're feeling munchy!. It really helps to stop you from overeating!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
