Question: Fasting and only eating 2 times a day!?
okay so if eat only 2 small meals(breakfast and dinner) and fast on just water how much weight could i lose in 7 days for school!?

if you want to loose weight rapidly, you can look for the protein diet but you can only do that for maximum 1 week and after that you are going to have to eat really few calories so you don't bounce your weightWww@Answer-Health@Com
Firstly you will not lose weight skipping meals, when you skip meals your body thinks it is starving, so the next time you eat, your body stores the fat!.
Just eat more meals but smaller portions!. Eat a low fat diet, but you still need certain types of fat in your diet!. There are after all good fats and bad fats!.
Just make sure you get a well balanced diet, just stay away from processed and junk food, get some good exercise and you should lose weight naturally without having to starve yourself!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You wont lose anything!. Your matablism will slow down within ONE DAY and you will start to not burn what little calories you do eat!.
If you honestly want to lose weight fast and arent worried about gaining it back then try some meal replacer shakes, like slim fast shakes!. Hard to say without knowing your basic metabolism rate!.!. or BMR!. There are several calculators on the internet, just google up "BMR Calculator"!. It will tell you what amount of calories you need to maintain your weight per day!. Subtracting 500 calories a day will net you about a 1 lb loss per week!. It's dangerous to lose more than 2 -3 lbs!. per week as you probably know!. You shouldn't eat less than 1200 calories a day without a dietitian' and/or doctor's approval!.!. You could get really sick or even die!. Join a health forum like on about!.com!.!. They have many people with good advice on losing weight and several success stories of people just counting calories!.!. none of the fad stuff!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Fasting isnt just about loosing weight its about knowing how it feels for the poor people who starve!. And when you fast your not aloud to drink water you can only drink water when its your meal time and your only supposed to have 1 meal a day not 2 my dear :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
NO! don't do this! it will hurt your matabolism and you will gain weight! I don't think its worth it!. you would lose more weight by cutting 500 calories out of your daily diet because then you would lose one pound in seven days!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
