WHAT IS GOING ON????!


Question: WHAT IS GOING ON!?!?!?!?
I am 5"2 and in my mid-teens

2 months ago, i checked my weight, and i was 128 pounds!. Last month, i checked my weight and i was 129!.5 pounds -- still normal -- however, JUST RECENTLY (last week) i checked my weight, and i am 134 pounds, and as wii fit declares, i am over-weight!. Now here's my concern,
For the past 3-4 weeks, i have been exercising for 35-1and1/2 hours!. I've cut less in my food intake!.

Mid teens means different weights every 10 seconds!. As someone else stated you probably are building muscle with the wii up and running!. Plus, make sure you are weighing at the same time every day with the same clothes (or naked!.!.!. whatever floats your boat) and under the same eating conditions!.

By cutting your intake you are probably fooling your body to store fat aswell!. Don't cut the intake, just eat healthier food but the same amounts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your muscles are probably growing! dont worry so much! especially since you are in your mid-teens, your weight fluctuates like crazy!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

don't weigh yourself, judge if you lost weight by how you fit in your jeans!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
