Is this a good exercise routine?!


Question: Is this a good exercise routine!?
I am 18 years old and I want to start exercising and stay in shape!. I get the Seventeen magazine, and found a few exercises that work different parts of your body!.!. plus i added a couple things to it!.

Here it is:
Leg lift/balance- where you stand on one foot!.!.!.lift your other leg up behind you, put both arms out to your sides, and balance for 30 seconds on each side!.

Sock Jump- Where you put 2 socks about 3 feet apart, jump with your feet together back & forth 25 times!.

Jump Rope- 100 times or 2minutes!.

20 card drop- where you stand with your feet about a foot or so apart, squat down, drop a card each time you squat down!.!.!.and then pick them up each time also!.

Then dance or jog to 1 song!.

Then lay on your back, put your hands down on the floor behind ur head and lift yourself up and hold it for 10 seconds!.!. and do it 3 times!.

(then the ones i added):
crunches where you lean towards the side instead of regular ones!.!.
10 times per side!.

and then 50 bicycles (where you lift your head up like you're doing situps and move your legs like you're pedaling a bicycle!.

Does this sound like it should work most parts of my body and keep me in shape!? If so, how often should I do this workout routine!? Should i do it every night, or twice a day or something else!? Please help me out on this and let me know what you think!. I'd really appreciate it!. Thank you!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

that looks like a pretty good routine to me, i would do it once a day!. as you become more in shape, that'll get easier and easier so add maybe 5 reps to each set every 2 weeks or something, but go at whatever pace is best for you!.

Now add some pushups for your arms and you will be set!.
Sont worry you will not get huge off of doing normal pushups lol!.
It will tone your arms and chest and abs ans front shoulders!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
