Question: Does jogging 30 minutes a day make me lose thigh fat!?
If so, how long until i see results!?
i'm trying to lose 3 inches off my thighs!.

Everyone's different but I'm a big believer in 30 minutes to an hour a day of walking or jogging contributing significantly to weight loss!. When you do your jogging is pretty important too!.

It will!. Try going for 45 minutes!. The first 20 minutes you don't burn any fat, so you are really doing a 10 minute workout!. Check your heart rate make sure it doesn't get too high, because then you start burning off sugar instead of fat!. Stay away from all flour based products, except for whole grain products!. yeah, maybe 2-3 months if u keep doing consistantly
n after u jog make sure to do some exercise for ur legs, like squat, stair stepping etc to help ur thighs get smaller n tonedWww@Answer-Health@Com
