I myself am starting this routine starting tomorrow! I've googled several times on this set of information and a majority said 10 minutes while a few said 15!. So, I am going to jumprope 10 minutes in the morning and 5 later on in the day only with jumping jacks with the 5 minutes later on!.

I know this must work because I am in cross country so I run a lot during the season (and only the season (; ), and a friend of mine jump roped every other day for 10 minutes and lost more weight than me and she ate more! And we basically have the same metabolism!.

I think that is because she went fast to slow to fast etc!. while cross country is pacing, either way I am interested in the shortest time!!

So what diet changes did you make to lose 15lbs and how long did it take!?
Edit: Thanks!Www@Answer-Health@Com

no they average about the same per minute and it all depends on how fast you go like if you keep up a fast pace in rope jumping and a fast walk then it prolly would be about the same for 10 mins jumping and 30 runningWww@Answer-Health@Com

Jumping rope is the best cardio routine ever!. I know that you can burn like 250 calories jumping rope for 15 minutes!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
